But there’s a hard regulatory ceiling: Málaga municipality has a 3-year moratorium on new VUT licences, which means we onboard properties that already hold valid licences rather than ones seeking new ones. For an existing-licence centre apartment, demand is exceptional and surprisingly evenly distributed across the year.
